National Care Group Kent employs a highly dedicated team of skilled and motivated colleagues who all receive additional training and support to meet the specific needs of the people they are supporting. Training and support can include positive behaviour and mental health and wellbeing.
The team ensure individuals are provided with support in the most person-centred way possible, ensuring they are treated with dignity and have choice and control in all aspects of their lives. Collaboration is key to its success, with the supporting teams across all services working in partnership with other professionals to provide a well-rounded and effective service.
The Registered Manager, Tunde brings in over ten years’ experience managing three previous homes as a registered manager. Two of these homes were transformed from “Inadequate” to “Good” CQC ratings within spaces of 18 months. His passion is to upskill and support colleagues so that in turn they may support those in our care, presenting with physical, learning, or mental disabilities to make informed choices leading to fulfilled lives. He is very passionate about working collaboratively with families and friends, colleagues, and other professionals to provide a quality service for the people we support.
