When the government announced that face coverings needed to be worn in shops and when out and about, we saw this as an opportunity to promote the latest government guidance, whilst having some fun along the way.

The launch of our ‘Fancy Face Covering Competition’ which coincided with the government announcement on the 24th July, aimed to encourage everyone across our services to create and design their own face coverings.

With over 100 entries, the majority from the individuals we support, we were delighted to see the amazing designs and creativity on display from all those who entered the competition. The judges were then given the tough task to decide on the winner of the competition with the first prize being awarded to Sarah Treacy for her fantastic entry

Such was the success of the campaign and the level of creativity from everyone who entered - that we decided, that in addition to the winners' prizes, we should reward everyone who entered with a free reusable face covering and a poster featuring all the fantastic entries we received.
