An initiative introduced during the pandemic, the weekly 'cup of tea and chat' sessions with the Executive Team, are still on-going and as popular as ever.

Happening each week, usually on a Tuesday, a different group of colleagues are invited to join the directors via video call to chat openly and honestly in a relaxed environment - its a forum to share news, raise any issues or concerns, have a grumble, celebrate successes or just chat and drink tea!

Caught on camera, last week's call discussed the new daily diaries currently being rolled out, the care certificate, facilities orders and the Covid-19 booster vaccine roll out.

The main objective of the call is to let our colleagues know the Exec Team are here for them and are listening. If colleagues would like to take part in a future session, a great opportunity to meet the Exec and other colleagues from around the country, they should speak to their manager.
