Katie Fallows celebrates 20 years in the business!

Katie Fallows, our Regional Operations Manager for Central West, celebrated 20 years in the business last Thursday.

Katie joined Shelton Care, part of National Care Group based in Stoke on Trent, in 2001 as a support worker in a residential home supporting an individual with a learning disability. She joined to cover a period of maternity leave and has since progressed through various roles before taking up the post of regional operations manager. She is now responsible for developing new services and managing the teams to drive quality and positive outcomes for the people we support.

Katie's team surprised her with a party at The Quality Hotel in Stoke attended by various colleagues and people Katie has supported over the years.
