Getting together to talk about Mental Health at The Willows

As a part of the many activities taking place across National Care Group to support Mental Health Awareness Week - The Willows, one of our Norfolk residential services, took the opportunity to get everyone involved to talk about all aspects of Mental Health.

Gathering together in their own cinema room, colleagues and the individuals we support watched a short film about Mental Health issues before talking about and sharing their own mental health experiences.

Rebecca Gray, Manager at The Willows said,
“During this pandemic so many of us have experienced a mental health problem, or seen a loved one struggle. For them, for us and for you - we must take this opportunity to step up and fight for mental health. That means fighting for change, for fairness, for respect and for life changing support.”

There are many ways that you can get involved in Mental Health Awareness Week. Find out now how you can help fundraise and explore nature.
