Mike Cleasby, National Care Group’s Quality Director was recently interviewed by Care Talk magazine for a Real Lives feature.

Mike also speaks fondly of how his day-to-day role is shaped by his daughter, Ellie, who has a diagnosis of autism and learning disabilities.
