Meet Carla Day, our Menopause Advocate!
Carla is the Registered Manager at our Caewern Lodge service in South Wales and has volunteered to be our colleague Menopause Advocate. Carla is available to support colleagues via confidential phone calls or emails and can be on hand to help answer any questions, concerns or just be there to listen to them when they need her most.
World Menopause day's purpose is to open-up conversations about the menopause and support those going through it. It’s the perfect day for us to launch our new MenoHub, designed to provide all colleagues with the information they need to support one another, and personal support for colleagues going through or approaching the menopause.
