Kelly Smith, Registered Manager at Endurance Care has been playing her part in encouraging her colleagues and all the people we support to stay safe and have their flu jabs.

Arranging for the local pharmacy to attend all her supported living homes she made sure it was easy for everyone to have their vaccinations. With 'I've had my flu jab' stickers for everyone, Kelly was ready with her camera to capture the event and the enjoyment the people we support had on the day.

And the results? They speak for themselves, with 100% of the people we support and 85% of our colleagues all having their flu jabs and staying safe this winter.
