Safety remains our first priority

Following the success of the recent ‘Fancy Face Covering Competition’ National Care Group has furthered its commitment to promote the importance of wearing face coverings in public places by arranging for the supply of free face coverings to all its staff.

The specially purchased reusable face coverings are currently being distributed to all National Care Group staff located across England and Wales.

The initiative, created by the National Care Group Executive Team, reinforces the commitment to support all staff, who remain dedicated in providing high quality care and support to individuals during these challenging times.

Since lockdown first began, National Care Group have taken a proactive approach to dealing with challenges surrounding communication, PPE and all other aspects that have arisen from the pandemic.

Providing face coverings to our staff, for them to use outside of the workplace, is another example of how we continue to remain up to date with government guidance while fully supporting our staff even in their daily lives outside of work.

James Allen, Chief Executive Officer, said: “As we continue to see an easing of lockdown measures, it is important that National Care Group kept the safety of our staff and individuals we support as our main priority.

This initiative was a way of giving back to our staff for the work they have done during COVID-19 and to further evidence our commitment to safety and support to everyone involved at National Care Group.”
