Dean has experience in various areas of the care sector including residential, supported living, and day services supporting people with learning disabilities and autism, mental health needs including those with a forensic background, and domiciliary care including palliative care.

Dean started my adult social care career in London for a national charity coordinating outreach services for people with disabilities, since then he has progressed his career.

In his free time Dean enjoys seeing family and friends and traveling to new places.
