Karen is a chartered physiotherapist who started her career in the NHS before moving into the private medical sector.

As well as completing an MSc at Leeds Beckett University, Karen has held senior operational positions in the hospital and healthcare industry. Before joining NCG, she was the Group Operations Director for Helping Hands, a national provider of home care and live-in care, delivering 20% annual EBITDA growth which lead to a minority PE sale.

Karen is passionate about ensuring that quality is embedded in all areas of our operations, and that company values are demonstrated at all levels. This all means that the people we support will receive the best person-centred care possible.

Outside of work she enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
