Claire has over 20 years’ HR experience working across the technology and health and social care sectors. She has held senior leadership roles in international companies as well as most recently Group People Director of a national leading care provider.

During her career, Claire has developed best-in-class people strategies focussing on the quality of service provision, employee engagement, retention and wellbeing. Creating an inclusive culture where employees thrive, develop and progress in their chosen careers is key to her approach. Supporting managers to recruit talented individuals and provide a positive employee experience during their time at NCG is at the centre of the People strategy.

When not working Claire enjoys watching her sons play rugby, walking and being active.
