Holly started her career in care after studying psychology at university, she originally intended to just get some experience but ended up loving the work so much she stayed! During her career she has been the Registered Manager of several different homes, working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

After 14 years she moved into a role as Referrals Manager for another company and this gave her some exciting experience setting up new services and finding the right homes for people wanting to move to supported living. After 7 years, a Masters in Health Psychology and 2 children it was time for a change and then her perfect role came along; Head of Referrals for National Care Group.

Holly is passionate about the NCG values and enjoys ensuring these are reflected in her work. She is looking forward to building relationships with the various teams at NCG and ensuring the referral process leads to the best outcomes for the people we support.

Outside of work Holly enjoys spending time with her family, running and attempting to invest successfully in stocks and shares.
